Clinic Consultation, No Hospital Admission

Visit a participating Great Journey clinic for consultation and assessment. If hospital admission is not required, your care can continue at the clinic, subject to the applicable medical plan.

From Great Journey Clinic to Great Journey Hospital

If hospital admission is required, you may be referred to a participating Great Journey Hospital in accordance with the programme requirements and your medical plan.

Emergency Admission at Any Hospital

For a genuine medical emergency, proceed to the nearest hospital emergency department. The Great Journey clinic requirement does not apply to genuine emergencies. Benefits and co-takaful arrangements remain subject to your medical plan.

Care Outside the Great Journey Network

Visits to non-network clinics or hospitals may involve different payment, reimbursement and co-takaful arrangements. Refer to your medical plan documents or contact Great Eastern Takaful for clarification.
