COVID-19 hit us and Careclinics was one of the major vaccination centers that contributed to society.

KWS Country Homes was established. Klinik KIP (Kepong) was acquired within the same year.

Klinik Wong Singh (Bukit Beruntung) was established. Significant milestones were achieved by having:
- Average of 80 patients per day.
- Some clinics saw up to 300 patients per day.

Acquired Klinik Wong Singh (KWS) group of clinics located in Rawang and Kota Damansara. Cahaya Polyclinics consisting of Poliklinik Cahaya (PKC) Cheras and Pandamaran, Klang were founded.
Acquired Klinik Jas and Klinik Raj (Segambut). Klinik Raj has been operating since 1970s and Klinik Jas has operated since 1980s.

Acquired KSI Selayang Baru and Klinik Sai (Batang Berjuntai/Bestari Jaya).
Dr. Ram & Dr. Romel pioneered Careclinics with Klinik Seri Indah (KSI) Selayang Jaya, KSI Samudera and Klinik Damai (Kuala Selangor).
