SIMPLE STEPS

Access PRUServices
Log in to your PRUServices account using your mobile or desktop browser.

Access the Prudential Marketplace
Go to the “Active” tab, select the policy with the “No Claims Benefit” tag, and click “View Policy”. Then, click “Claim now” to access the Prudential Marketplace.

Choose Your Healthcare Service
Browse the “Redeem” page and select the healthcare package you wish to redeem.

Redeem Your Voucher
Review your selected package and complete the voucher redemption. If the package exceeds your available NCB value, the balance amount will be payable to the healthcare service provider.

Get Your QR/Voucher Code
After redemption, click “Redeem” to display your QR code/voucher code.

Book Your Appointment
Contact your selected CareClinics branch directly to make an appointment. On your appointment day, present your QR code/voucher code to redeem your service.
Please have your QR code/voucher code ready when contacting the clinic.
